By accessing or using WowTheSalon ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
WowTheSalon is a salon discovery platform that allows salon owners to list their businesses and customers to find, review, and connect with salons across India.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Salon owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listing information. Listings must represent real, operating businesses. False, misleading, or fraudulent listings will be removed and accounts may be terminated.
Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experiences. We prohibit fake reviews, reviews by salon owners about their own businesses, and reviews containing offensive, defamatory, or illegal content.
You agree not to: post false information, spam other users, attempt to hack or disrupt our platform, scrape data without permission, or use the platform for any illegal purpose.
Content you post remains yours, but you grant WowTheSalon a license to use, display, and distribute it on our platform. Our platform design, code, and branding are our intellectual property.
WowTheSalon is a discovery platform and is not responsible for the quality of services provided by listed salons. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted information.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
